Cancer Imaging

Cancer imaging radiology, also known as oncologic imaging, is a subspecialty of radiology focused on the detection, diagnosis, staging, monitoring, and follow-up of cancer using various imaging techniques. Radiologists specializing in cancer imaging use advanced technologies to visualize tumors, assess the extent of cancer spread (metastasis), and guide treatment plans such as surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy.
