Dr. Arthur Robert Ballard is a highly professional, fellowship-trained, and board-certified radiologist with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. Specializing in breast imaging and intervention, he is also MQSA certified and recognized for his patient advocacy and ability to excel in high-stress environments. Dr. Ballard is known for his strong communication skills and his ability to collaborate effectively with referring physicians, hospital staff, and administrators.

Prior to joining Partners Imaging, Dr. Ballard served as the Medical Director of Women’s Imaging at American Imaging of Southwest Florida in Port Charlotte, FL. He has extensive experience in interpreting advanced imaging modalities such as screening and diagnostic mammograms, breast MRIs, and tomosynthesis, as well as performing stereotactic, ultrasound, and MRI biopsies.
